Warranty, returns and cancellations
Disclaimer of warranty & warranty information
When purchasing Superior HVAC Service products, customers should note that they are covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty, as these products are not manufactured by Superior HVAC Service. Customers should refer to the packaging for warranty information and terms and conditions. Superior HVAC Service shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or expense (including labour) arising out of the use or inability to use any product sold. Any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.
Cancellation policy (repair & service)
We require a minimum of 3 business hours’ notice prior to the start of your appointment if you wish to cancel or reschedule.
For instance, if your appointment is scheduled between 12 pm and 4 pm, you must inform us before 9 am on the same day. If you’re calling outside of our business hours, please DO NOT LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. To cancel a service call, you must speak with a live agent who will provide you with a cancellation code over the phone.
Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a reduced service call fee of $125 CAD plus tax. Payment must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment.
Order cancellations and changes
We prioritize the prompt processing of orders to benefit our customers. Consequently, orders may be shipped immediately after placement from our warehouse. We regret to inform you that changes and/or cancellations to orders cannot be made once they have been processed. We kindly ask our clients to carefully review their orders before submitting them.
In the event of a cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of stopping your order from being processed. However, please note that while we will make every effort to cancel your order if necessary, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation. Please note that items marked as “Special Order” are non-cancellable.
