We had uneven heating in the house and lots of dust buildup. Superior HVAC Gatineau did a full duct cleaning and also discovered a partially blocked vent causing poor airflow upstairs. After cleaning and fixing the issue, the difference is night and day. The air feels cleaner and every room heats evenly now. Really happy with the results!

We had a strange burning smell coming from our vents whenever the furnace turned on. The technician did a full inspection and found dust buildup on internal components and a worn belt. After a thorough cleaning and part replacement, the smell completely disappeared. They were very thorough and made sure everything was safe before leaving.

Our 25+ yr furnace died in the early morning and Nick came by to assess by early afternoon. We had a new HE furnace installed by 11pm that same day which is amazing considering the requirement to drill out the intake and vent we didn’t required before. It wasn’t fun being without heat working from home on a super cold day, but Superior came through and we’ve got a great new unit to serve us for years to come. Thanks Superior!
