Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it’s running and working perfectly before they left. Kurtis was very communicative with me and showed me the new system and how it works. We’re very happy with the experience of working with Superior and their team. Pricing was very fair considering the quality of service provided. We will most definitely keep them in mind for future service calls

Im extremely relived to have had Superiors HVAC Service come my house, I was dealing with high humidity in my home they were able to send a technician named Paul to my house in 30 minutes or less and Paul quickly diagnosed it to be a undersized evaporation coil and replaced it for one the proper size he went into detail telling me how the one in my system was for a 10000-15000 sq.ft. home and my house is roughly 22000 sq.ft. ,Very thankful for the crew at Superior HVAC Service for their workers like Paul. Beyond ecstatic with the work this company has provided my family in one of the coldest times of the year… Last night my furnace stopped working so I called a couple of different places and landed on superior. Their customer service was amazing and it wasn’t long until I had a technician at my door to help, after just an hour of trying to find the problem the HVAC tech I was provided (Kurtis) figured out that the wiring for the ignition had gone bad. He brought everything he needed to possibly fix the issue so he didn’t even need to go get parts. Within just a couple hours of calling, my furnace was working just as good as before. I will be recommending superior to anyone I know because I’m very impressed with the price and support throughout this whole situation.

Today I had a problem with my heater not turning on, I called superior and within an hour they had a technician on their way to diagnose it. Dean arrived and within 5 minutes figured out that the thermostat was giving an incorrect reading. He temporarily fixed the issue and was on his way to get the parts required for the job and within just a couple hours of calling superior my problem was solved. I highly suggest you give these guys a try as they are quick, supportive and get the job done at a reasonable cost.

Great service from start to finish. My water heater died after 13 years and they were able to replace it within 24hrs of me calling. Our technician, Aaron, and his colleague (sorry don’t know his name) did a great job removing the old heater and installing the new one. Friendly with good communication, what more can you ask.
