Overall, I had a good experience. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than anyone expected, and in the end my air conditioner needed to be replaced rather than repaired. While it was frustrating to be without A/C during an extreme heat wave, the team was responsive, kept me informed, and worked to get everything resolved. The new unit is working great, and I’m very happy with the final result. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.

We had uneven heating in the house and lots of dust buildup. Superior HVAC Gatineau did a full duct cleaning and also discovered a partially blocked vent causing poor airflow upstairs.
