We had uneven heating in the house and lots of dust buildup. Superior HVAC Gatineau did a full duct cleaning and also discovered a partially blocked vent causing poor airflow upstairs. After cleaning and fixing the issue, the difference is night and day. The air feels cleaner and every room heats evenly now. Really happy with the results!

We noticed a loud banging noise coming from our ductwork whenever the heat turned on. The technician identified poorly secured ducts and pressure imbalance as the cause. I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5 because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technician from Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thought the problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day. The furnace was installed during a snow storm but the installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Fortunately we had heat that evening before another freezing day and another big snow storm.

Beyond ecstatic with the work this company has provided my family in one of the coldest times of the year… Last night my furnace stopped working so I called a couple of different places and landed on superior. Their customer service was amazing and it wasn’t long until I had a technician at my door to help, after just an hour of trying to find the problem the HVAC tech I was provided (Kurtis) figured out that the wiring for the ignition had gone bad. He brought everything he needed to possibly fix the issue so he didn’t even need to go get parts. Within just a couple hours of calling, my furnace was working just as good as before. I will be recommending superior to anyone I know because I’m very impressed with the price and support throughout this whole situation.
