We selected the Navien NPE-180A2 after looking for a tankless water heater that would provide better efficiency without sacrificing comfort. Our main concern was improving hot water delivery in our home while reducing the space used by our old tank system.
This unit has exceeded our expectations. The built-in recirculation system makes a substantial difference because we spend much less time waiting for hot water, especially in the morning when demand is highest. The water temperature remains stable, and the system handles everyday use smoothly.
We also appreciate the compact design. Compared to our previous storage tank, the Navien takes up very little space and gives the mechanical area a much cleaner appearance. The high-efficiency condensing technology and stainless steel components were key reasons we chose this model, as we wanted something dependable for long-term use.
After using it through a Canadian winter, we are very happy with the performance. It is efficient and quiet, and it provides the consistent hot-water comfort we were looking for.

The Navien NPE-180A2 has been a great addition to our home. We replaced our older water heater because we wanted something more efficient and easier to maintain.
The biggest improvement has been the convenience. Hot water reaches our taps faster, the temperature stays consistent, and we no longer deal with the delays we had before.
The unit runs quietly, feels very well-built, and has delivered excellent overall performance.

I purchased a tankless water heater a few months ago, and I can’t help but share my delight. This water heater has been a real lifesaver for our home. One of the biggest pluses is its high output of 150,000 BTU/h, which ensures that the water heats up quickly even in the coldest conditions.
