I contacted Superior HVAC for an emergency on Family Day.They were excellent and easy to deal with.The technician who showed up was Matthew and he was great!Very honest, clear communication, clean and concise with what I needed to do and what the next steps would be. I would defiantly use them again, and would be comfortable referring Matthew.

Beyond ecstatic with the work this company has provided my family in one of the coldest times of the year… Last night my furnace stopped working so I called a couple of different places and landed on superior. Their customer service was amazing and it wasn’t long until I had a technician at my door to help, after just an hour of trying to find the problem the HVAC tech I was provided (Kurtis) figured out that the wiring for the ignition had gone bad. He brought everything he needed to possibly fix the issue so he didn’t even need to go get parts. Within just a couple hours of calling, my furnace was working just as good as before. I will be recommending superior to anyone I know because I’m very impressed with the price and support throughout this whole situation.

We noticed a loud banging noise coming from our ductwork whenever the heat turned on. The technician identified poorly secured ducts and pressure imbalance as the cause. They reinforced the ducting and made adjustments to improve airflow. The system is now quiet and much more efficient. Really impressed with the attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

We had a strange burning smell coming from our vents whenever the furnace turned on. The technician did a full inspection and found dust buildup on internal components and a worn belt. After a thorough cleaning and part replacement, the smell completely disappeared. They were very thorough and made sure everything was safe before leaving.
