We're so pleased with Connor and the Superior team. Our 20-year-old furnace died. Connor was very transparent with our options, which were limited given the age of the furnace, the issue, and specific part required. In the end, we decided to replace the furnace. To our complete surprise, it was installed that same night. Communication throughout the experience was top notch. Highly recommend!
Furnace error code: ‘Help me.’ Superior HVAC Heating and Air Conditioning decoded the error right away! Replaced the igniter—now it’s toasting socks off. Respect the techs in vans! Awesome team and plumber named Zach who did not leave any mess.

Every Spring I like to test out my AC system to make sure all headaches are avoided before the busy season this year it would not start… I called superior HVAc out they had Conner at my door with in 2 hrs. He tested my system for about an hour and found a coolant leak after a recharge of my system my Air Conditioner started working again!!! Highly recommend honest guy ask for Conner

Our AC stopped turning on, and we were bracing for the worst. Conner came out and found that the capacitor had failed. He replaced it in minutes, and the unit was back up and running like new! He saved us from an expensive replacement and was super friendly the whole time.
