The two-stage system makes a big difference because the furnace does not constantly run at full power. It adjusts smoothly and maintains a comfortable temperature without major fluctuations.
The unit also has a compact design and runs much quieter than our previous furnace. After going through a full winter season with it, we can confidently say this was the right choice.

After our old furnace started struggling during winter, we decided it was time to invest in a higher-efficiency replacement. We chose the Lennox Elite EL297UHV 66,000 BTU 3 Ton, and it has been one of the best home improvements we have made.
The biggest difference is the comfort level. Before installation, we had noticeable temperature swings, with the house getting too warm and then cooling down quickly. With this Lennox furnace, the two-stage heating system adjusts much better to our home’s needs, keeping the temperature much more stable.
Another thing we immediately noticed was how quiet it is. Our previous furnace could be heard every time it started up, but this unit runs quietly in the background. The variable-speed blower provides a more even airflow, and the rooms feel comfortable without strong bursts of heat.
We also chose this model because of its high efficiency and ENERGY STAR certification. In Canada, heating costs are a major concern, and having a furnace that uses energy more efficiently was very important to us.
The build quality feels excellent, the installation was clean, and everything has worked perfectly through the heating season. We are extremely happy with this Lennox furnace and would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable, efficient home heating.

The decision to install the Lennox Elite EL297UHV furnace turned out to be a great investment, with considerable improvements in comfort right away. Our previous system was constantly turning on and off, and some rooms always felt colder than others.
This furnace provides much more consistent heat throughout the house. The variable-speed blower maintains smooth airflow, and the operation is much quieter than our previous unit.
We also appreciate the efficiency of the 97% AFUE rating. During the colder months in Ontario, the furnace has kept our home comfortable while helping us use energy more efficiently.
