Overall, I had a good experience. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than anyone expected, and in the end my air conditioner needed to be replaced rather than repaired. While it was frustrating to be without A/C during an extreme heat wave, the team was responsive, kept me informed, and worked to get everything resolved. The new unit is working great, and I'm very happy with the final result. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.

the air handler quit during the hottest week of July. They found a weak capacitor, replaced it, cleaned the coil, and wiped the unit down. Out Superior membership plan covered most of the visit, and we were bumped up the priority list automatically. He was quick but careful, which is rare
