We heard some strange noises from the water heater. So we contacted this service for an experienced guy to take a look at it. And they sent us a great professional! He found the root of the problem was the clogged burner. So, he removed all the sediment from there and that was it.Good and effective job, well done, plus not expensive at all.

I was not happy with a service call I had and was issued a full refund by the manager so I changed my review to 5 star. The tech was professional but did not have the proper tools to diagnose my issue. It happens, and the company did issue a refund.
