I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technicianfrom Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thoughtthe problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day. The furnace was installed during a snow storm but the installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Fortunately we had heat that evening before another freezing day and another big snow storm.

Our utility room utility sink was gurgling every time the washing machine discharged. The technician cut out a poorly installed sanitary tee, ran a dedicated vent line through the exterior wall, and eliminated the airlock completely.

Called for an urgent AC issue. Ryan showed up the same day I called and was able to diagnose my gas valve as the issue. The repair was done the same day and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
