Our air conditioner started leaking water around the indoor unit and we called Superior HVAC immediately. The technician unclogged the condensate drain line and cleaned the surrounding components. He explained what caused the backup and how to avoid it in the future. Everything has been working properly since then

I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technicianfrom Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thoughtthe problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day. The furnace was installed during a snow storm but the installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Fortunately we had heat that evening before another freezing day and another big snow storm.

Called about a furnace failure after 5 on a Friday and they sent someone within 3 hours! While it was a simple fix, they explained everything, told me how to prevent it from happening again, and only charged me the diagnostic fee.
