We called Superior HVAC Service because our heat wasn’t traveling through our home properly, After no time at all they arrived, they diagnosed that it was due to our heat pump failed and Tim proved to be reliable, professional and explained everything clearly. We had an issue with our heat not traveling thoroughly through our home, Superior HVAC service had a technician named Bennet at our house in give or take 40 mins, Bennet was really respectful and even showed us their process to cleaning the ducts before starting and before he was even gone he made sure our basement and master bedroom finally had proper air flow just in time for the cold weather. thank you again Bennet and everyone at Superior HVAC for making this happen
