Purchased the heat pump and am generally pleased with it. The unit effectively heats and cools the room, providing comfort at any time of the year. However, there is one small downside that I noticed. When using the device in heating mode, sometimes there are small noises. It’s not a critical flaw, but it’s worth considering when choosing one.

The heat pump is a great solution for the home. With an 18 SEER efficiency rating, the system provides comfort while minimizing energy consumption. We saved lots on bills. The BOVA-36 provides even and quiet air conditioning in cooling and heating modes. All in all, the Bosch heat pump we bought is really great!
