Of course, our heater stopped working on the coldest night of the year. I called Superior HVAC & Plumbing Services, and Conner was at our house within hours. He found the issue fast, replaced a faulty ignitor, and had the heat back on before the house got too cold. A real lifesaver!

Sean came to help with our heat pump that was making a ton of noise. He was quick to identify the issue and provide me with the solutions going forward. On the coldest night of the year, our furnace broke! Excellent Superior HVAC arrived in a few hours and promptly got it fixed. Kurtis, the technician, was amiable and competent.
