Called Superior HVAC Services as I was having issues with hot water in my house. They sent a technician named Ian the same day. He did a thorough inspection, checked all of the fixtures in my house. Turned out my water heater was working and the mixing valve failed. He explained what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Gave a quote for services needed. I am satisfied with the service and with the technician. I hope all services are like this! Happy client here!
