Our water heater started leaking Friday afternoon heading into the Thanksgiving long weekend. We had been on borrowed time with it, and wanted to switch to tankless when it gave out. I called Superior around 3pm, and they had someone to the house within a few hours to have a look. They were able to book an installation Saturday morning, and Chandler had a new tankless unit installed and running by noon. He explained all the features and safety items to us, and told us to call right away if there were any issues. Overall, a great experience - thank you!
