We had a musty smell coming from our vents every time the AC ran. Technician found mold growth in the ductwork from a drainage issue, fixed the drainage, and cleaned the ducts. Smell is completely gone.

Overall, I had a good experience. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than anyone expected, and in the end my air conditioner needed to be replaced rather than repaired. While it was frustrating to be without A/C during an extreme heat wave, the team was responsive, kept me informed, and worked to get everything resolved. The new unit is working great, and I'm very happy with the final result. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.
