Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it's running and working perfectly before they left. Kurtis was very communicative with me and showed me the new system and how it works. We're very happy with the experience of working with Superior and their team. Pricing was very fair considering the quality of service provided. We will most definitely keep them in mind for future service calls

My furnace died during the night and my house was completely cold. Daniel was the service technician who gave me the bad news that my furnace had to be replaced. He went above and beyond to get me the installation the same day. (The installation was done quickly and professionally.) Daniel and the installers were professional, compassionate and very helpful. I wouldhighly recommend him and this company.

Today I had a problem with my heater not turning on, I called superior and within an hour they had a technician on their way to diagnose it. Dean arrived and within 5 minutes figured out that the thermostat was giving an incorrect reading. He temporarily fixed the issue and was on his way to get the parts required for the job and within just a couple hours of calling superior my problem was solved. I highly suggest you give these guys a try as they are quick, supportive and get the job done at a reasonable cost.

Our water heater was making strange noises, but Superior HVAC, Heating and Air Conditioning quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Michael the tech guy did not leave any mess. Hot showers are back! Professional and efficient service.
