I contacted Superior HVAC for an emergency on Family Day.They were excellent and easy to deal with.The technician who showed up was Matthew and he was great!Very honest, clear communication, clean and concise with what I needed to do and what the next steps would be. I would defiantly use them again, and would be comfortable referring Matthew.

Superior was able to send a technician to check my furnace the morning after I called, which was very much appreciated given the extremely cold weather at the time. Tyler was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining the issue. He managed to get the furnace functional to see us through that day, and then had it replaced the next afternoon.

Our old and tired furnace died in the morning in February and Elio had the new one installed by the afternoon.
