I contacted Superior HVAC for an emergency on Family Day.They were excellent and easy to deal with.The technician who showed up was Matthew and he was great!Very honest, clear communication, clean and concise with what I needed to do and what the next steps would be. Our 25+ yr furnace died in the early morning and Nick came by to assess by early afternoon. We had a new HE furnace installed by 11pm that same day which is amazing considering the requirement to drill out the intake and vent we didn't required before.It wasn't fun being without heat working from home on a super cold day, but Superior came through and we've got a great new unit to serve us for years to come.Thanks Superior!
