We're so pleased with Connor and the Superior team. Our 20-year-old furnace died. Connor was very transparent with our options, which were limited given the age of the furnace, the issue, and specific part required. In the end, we decided to replace the furnace. Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had an HVAC Emergency Service and MTCE contract with another company. The soonest they could get a technician to us was 72 hours later.
