Superior was able to send a technician to check my furnace the morning after I called, which was very much appreciated given the extremely cold weather at the time. Tyler was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining the issue. He managed to get the furnace functional to see us through that day, and then had it replaced the next afternoon.

A frozen pipe split inside our uninsulated crawlspace during the winter storm. Superior Plumbing braved the tight quarters, cut out the ruptured section, crimped in heavy-duty PEX, and added heat tape insulation to prevent it from happening again.
