I gave a 5 star rating only because of the actual work done by the workers. It was excellent. The schedulers however were not near as efficient. Every time I phoned they gave me a time of arrival that was unreliable. Once again I commend the workers for their skill, efficiency, courtesy and overall workmanship. I will consider Superior Plumbing on future jobs.

I contacted Superior HVAC Sarnia for a furnace issue during cold weather, and their service was excellent. The technician arrived on time, identified a faulty component, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything was tested properly before they left
