Called Superior HVAC Services as I was having issues with hot water in my house. They sent a technician named Ian the same day. He did a thorough inspection, checked all of the fixtures in my house. Turned out my water heater was working and the mixing valve failed. He explained what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. My central AC stopped working during this peak summer time. I called Superior HVAC Service and they sent their technician Daniel within 2 hrs. He diagnosed the issue and suggested to replace my 20 year old AC Unit. He arranged to installed a new AC Unit on the same day. Within 4 hrs. their technician Faheem brought the AC Unit, installed and explained to me about it.
