Our tankless heater kept shutting off mid shower. They cleaned the lines, flushed the units and replaced a temperature sensor that had failed. He explained everything in plain language, and didnāt rush the job the membership plan got a same-day service and a serious break on the cost.

Overall, I had a good experience. The repair turned out to be much more complicated than anyone expected, and in the end my air conditioner needed to be replaced rather than repaired. While it was frustrating to be without A/C during an extreme heat wave, the team was responsive, kept me informed, and worked to get everything resolved. The new unit is working great, and I'm very happy with the final result. I appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them.
