Superior was able to send a technician to check my furnace the morning after I called, which was very much appreciated given the extremely cold weather at the time. Tyler was friendly, professional, and very clear in explaining the issue. He managed to get the furnace functional to see us through that day, and then had it replaced the next afternoon.

Had Superior come out because my furnace was making a loud banging noise when it kicked on. Turned out to be a delayed ignition issue caused by a dirty burner.
