My central AC stopped working during this peak summer time. I called Superior HVAC Service and they sent their technician Daniel within 2 hrs. He diagnosed the issue and suggested to replace my 20 year old AC Unit. He arranged to installed a new AC Unit on the same day. Within 4 hrs. their technician Faheem brought the AC Unit, installed and explained to me about it. We're so pleased with Connor and the Superior team. Our 20-year-old furnace died. Connor was very transparent with our options, which were limited given the age of the furnace, the issue, and specific part required. In the end, we decided to replace the furnace. To our complete surprise, it was installed that same night. Communication throughout the experience was top notch. Highly recommend!
