We noticed a loud banging noise coming from our ductwork whenever the heat turned on. The technician identified poorly secured ducts and pressure imbalance as the cause. They reinforced the ducting and made adjustments to improve airflow. The system is now quiet and much more efficient. Really impressed with the attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Our furnace kept turning on and off every few minutes and wasn’t properly heating the house. The technician from Superior HVAC Gatineau checked everything and found a dirty flame sensor causing the issue. He cleaned it, did a full inspection, and now the furnace runs normally again. Honest service and a simple fix that saved us from a bigger repair. Definitely recommend these guys!
