This product met my hopes. They sent me a technician to service the furnace in two hours. When the ambulance broke down completely, we needed an ambulance. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in learning more about them.

Sean came to help with our heat pump that was making a ton of noise. He was quick to identify the issue and provide me with the solutions going forward. Our boiler suddenly stopped producing heat, and with freezing temperatures outside, we needed help fast. Cole from Superior HVAC Service arrived quickly, diagnosed a faulty pressure valve, and replaced it on the spot. He also flushed the system to remove any buildup that could cause future problems. He was efficient, polite, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Really grateful for the quick response and great service!
