I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technicianfrom Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thoughtthe problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day. The furnace was installed during a snow storm but the installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Fortunately we had heat that evening before another freezing day and another big snow storm.

We called Superior HVAC because our air conditioner was running constantly without cooling the house properly. The technician found a refrigerant leak and repaired it the same day. He recharged the system and checked all the airflow levels afterward. The cooling works perfectly now
