Called Superior HVAC Services as I was having issues with hot water in my house. They sent a technician named Ian the same day. He did a thorough inspection, checked all of the fixtures in my house. Turned out my water heater was working and the mixing valve failed. He explained what caused it and how to prevent it in the future. Very knowledgeable staff and helpful. Gave a quote for services needed. I am satisfied with the service and with the technician. I hope all services are like this! Happy client here!

After speaking to several companies this weekend, I reached out to Superior when my furnace gave out. Ian was there within a couple of hours, answered all my questions and explained everything patiently and thoroughly. I called them at 130 in the afternoon and had the new furnace installed and running by 8 pm. I would definitely recommend Superior to anyone who needs assistance quickly. Very satisfied.
