Our furnace suddenly stopped blowing warm air, and we were freezing! Conner quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor and had it replaced the same day. Our AC stopped turning on, and we were bracing for the worst. Conner came out and found that the capacitor had failed. He replaced it in minutes, and the unit was back up and running like new! He saved us from an expensive replacement and was super friendly the whole time.

I noticed our energy bills were climbing, and the furnace wasn’t heating as efficiently as before. Kevin from Superior HVAC Service came out for an inspection and found that a clogged filter and dirty burners were reducing efficiency. He cleaned everything, replaced the filter, and fine-tuned the system to run more effectively. Not only is the house warmer now, but I can already tell the system is working less to maintain the temperature. Excellent service—professional, knowledgeable, and thorough!
