We had a water heater leak on Monday and Brian came out the same day, assessed the situation and provided us with expert advice to help us make the decision to replace. We received our new water heater the next day! It was installed quickly and professionally and the technicians were tidy and efficient. I got a crash course on the ins and outs of the new system, how to maintain it, and was provided with information about an optional service plan and my 1 year parts and labour warranty. I felt thoroughly taken care of throughout the entire process and cannot recommend this team more highly- top notch from start to finish!
