Superior Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue when our furnace suddenly stopped working. We thought we had a thermostat issue and replaced it, unfortunately that didn’t solve our problem. We called Superior on cold Friday night for assistance. A tech called us back in minutes and came to our home within the hour to assess the problem. We went over our options and decided a new furnace was the best route. The job was quickly scheduled for the next morning (Saturday). The installation team was excellent, friendly, helpful, and efficient. Communication with the office was constant, we had a number of calls to ensure we were happy with the service and equipment installed. Thanks to the team at Superior, we’re nice and warm again!!

Our AC was working but not cooling, so we have engaged Superior Plumbing and Heating for diagnostic and repair. Since replacing some electrical components did not help we agreed to buy and install a new AC. Two days later two technicians showed up with a new AC unit. They worked very efficiently – they dismantled and removed the old AC, and while one of them was working in a furnace room, another one was working on AC unit outside. When installation was completed AC was tested and proved that works well. Technicians behaved politely and professionally. We are very pleased with the job done and we would confidently recommend this company for HVAC service.
