I would give Superior HAVAC a 4.5 because the service was very good. Our furnace broke on one of the coldest days in the winter and they sent a technician as soon as they were able in the morning after a call to them at 8pm the previous evening. Nick the technician from Superior HVAC was courteous, efficient, professional and provided a clear explanation about what he thought the problems could be and possible solutions. The furnace was about 20 years old so we opted to get a new furnace. Nick spoke to his supervisor to arrange for a new furnace to be installed ASAP on the same day. The furnace was installed during a snow storm but the installers were also very professional and did an excellent job. Fortunately we had heat that evening before another freezing day and another big snow storm.

Our furnace started leaking on one of the coldest days of the year. I reached out to Superior late one night, and they scheduled Tyler to come the next day. Tyler was on time and diagnosed our problem quickly. We unfortunately needed a new furnace, but Tyler was able to schedule the replacement to occur the same day! Mobin and his colleague arrived on a Friday night and did an excellent, efficient and thorough job. Everyone I interacted with at Superior was courteous. I sure didn’t want to drop money on a new furnace, but given that it was our best course of action, I’m glad I worked with Superior to get it all done quickly and safely. Highly recommended!

Called this service because our furnace wasn’t working properly. Superior HVAC Service completed a boiler tune-up and safety inspection. He cleaned the burners, checked the venting, and tested CO levels. The boiler now runs quietly and efficiently. Same day service and I will definitely use them again!

My furnace died in the middle of winter. With the wife panicing I called Superior HVAC and the technician arrived to my house the same day. Told us our 16 year old furnace wasn’t cutting it anymore. We decided to get a whole new furnace which was installed the very next day. They were very professional and left the area clean (Looked like no work was done after they left). Our furnace broke down this year and we found Superior HVAC through researching for a licensed company local to us in the Niagara region. They were very quick to respond and get one of their technicians to work with us on installing a new furnace. Kurtis and his colleague worked very efficiently to remove the old furnace and install the new one making sure it’s running and working perfectly before they left. Beyond ecstatic with the work this company has provided my family in one of the coldest times of the year… Last night my furnace stopped working so I called a couple of different places and landed on superior. Their customer service was amazing and it wasn’t long until I had a technician at my door to help, after just an hour of trying to find the problem the HVAC tech I was provided (Kurtis) figured out that the wiring for the ignition had gone bad. He brought everything he needed to possibly fix the issue so he didn’t even need to go get parts. Within just a couple hours of calling, my furnace was working just as good as before. I will be recommending superior to anyone I know because I’m very impressed with the price and support throughout this whole situation.
