Our water heater started leaking Friday afternoon heading into the Thanksgiving long weekend. We had been on borrowed time with it, and wanted to switch to tankless when it gave out. I called Superior around 3pm, and they had someone to the house within a few hours to have a look. They were able to book an installation Saturday morning, and Chandler had a new tankless unit installed and running by noon. He explained all the features and safety items to us, and told us to call right away if there were any issues. Overall, a great experience – thank you!

My regular plumber was not available and i needed a hot water heater on a Saturday. Michael came at 1:30, looked it over, did some test and decided a new heater was the was to go. They arrived at. 9:30 pm with a new unit and finished the install but 11:30 pm. My guests had hot showers the next morning! Very happy with their service.

Our AC was working but not cooling, so we have engaged Superior Plumbing and Heating for diagnostic and repair. Since replacing some electrical components did not help we agreed to buy and install a new AC. Two days later two technicians showed up with a new AC unit. They worked very efficiently – they dismantled and removed the old AC, and while one of them was working in a furnace room, another one was working on AC unit outside. When installation was completed AC was tested and proved that works well. Technicians behaved politely and professionally. We are very pleased with the job done and we would confidently recommend this company for HVAC service.

Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We had an HVAC Emergency Service and MTCE contract with another company. The soonest they could get a technician to us was 72 hours later.
